template-out-down
Sets the direction of the record run for an output fill column: the column's records are written downward from the anchor, one cell per record.
pebblestream:template-out-down
down is the default, so the directive is only needed to make the intent explicit
or to override a sheet-wide convention. On thetemplate-out-group column it instead means: when the
group changes, every data column's anchor advances one row down.
