Team Management

Pebble Stream Flow provides team management to dynamically assign groups of Zen users to workflows.

Creating teams

A team is used to map groups of Pebble Stream Zen users to Pebble Stream Flow workflows. This allows administrators to control which workflows are made available to the general Pebble Stream user base.

Administrators can create new teams using the "manage teams" form under "settings."


Adding workflows to teams

Once a team is added via the "add team" button, the administrator can make changes to it by clicking the "edit team" button. The following screen is presented when editing a team.


Administrators can manage which published workflows are available to a team.


The administrator can add to or remove from a team's published workflows.

Adding users to teams

Users are added to teams using the "manage users" form located under "settings."

Adding a single user to a team

To add a user to one or more existing teams, check the team name in the "Teams" checkbox group. Unchecking the box will remove that user from a team. Make sure to click save to record your changes.

Batch adding users to Pebble Stream Flow

Administrators can batch add users to Pebble Stream Flow by uploading a CSV file. The table below is an example:

Make sure to leave the header row out of the CSV file when uploading. The headers are only provided in this example to illustrate what is expected in each column.


Note:

  • Teams do not have to exist prior to the upload. If the team does not already exist, it will be automatically created.
  • There is no limit to the number of teams provided in the batch upload.
  • There is no limit to the number of users provided in the batch upload.

The button to upload users in batch is located on the user management screen.

Use the "upload file" button on the "manage users" form to batch upload groups of users.
